For conventional spray (High volume sprayer) on feild crops, quantity of water recommended. For other methods of low
volume and ultra low volume quantity of water varies. The most commonly used sprayer. PP Equipment : Bucket pump
sprayer. Stirrup pump sprayer. Knapsack sprayer, wheel barrow sprayer, Compression knapsack sprayer etc. Use the
sprayer with flood jet or flat fan nozzel. Keep the nozzel at fixed height from the ground level spray. Spray the area in
straight line uniform speed. Limitations for use : Do not apply to animals or exposed milk, equipment, food or drinking
water to spray. Do no treat food grains, seeds or feed meant for consumption by man or animals.

1. Keep away from foodstuffs, empty foodstuff containers and animals feed.
2. Avoid contact with mouth, eyes and skin.
3. Avoid inhalation the spray mist. Spray in the direction of wind.
4. Wash thoroughly the contaminated clothes and parts of the body after spraying.
5. Do not smoke, drink, eat and chew anything while spraying.
6. Wear full protective clothing while mixing and spraying.

Seditation, dyspnoea, exophthalmos, abnormal posture may occur.

1. The packages contining the herbicides shall be stored in separate rooms or premises used for storing other articles
particular articles of food or shall be kept in separate almirahs under lock and key depending on the quantity and the
nature of the herbicide.
2. The rooms or premises meant for storing the herbicides shall be well built, dry, cool, ventilated and of sufficient
dimensions to avoid contamination with vapour.
